limited edition prints (print drop)
What are Print Drops?
Every two months, I release a limited-time, limited-quantity print drop featuring my latest artwork. These prints are available for one week only on the Limited Edition Prints page of my shop.
Unlike the standard prints in my regular online shop, these are archival-grade Giclée prints, offered in larger sizes (framed or unframed) and produced at a higher quality. Each print includes a digital signature and a numbering, along with a certificate of authenticity.
These prints are only available during the drop period, and once they sell out, they may never be restocked. The artwork may or may not appear in future shop updates as postcards or cardstock prints, but this type of high-quality print will not be available in my regular store.

Shipping options
✿ Free shipping for all orders $50 and over!
✿ Your order will be sent via rigid mailer to prevent damage.
✿ Orders are shipped from Mountain View, CA.

✿ USPS First Class Package Mail (usps tracking, 1-2 weeks)
international orders
✿ standard shipping (asendia tracking, 3-6 weeks)

✿ please see usps for information on current international shipping suspensions/disruptions.
✿ you will be responsible for any custom duties and VAT.
✿ I encourage international folks to make group orders to save on shipping costs (domestic too but especially international since it can get pricey if your order is under $50) ♡
processing time
✿ please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. I aim to ship orders out as fast as i can but I am only one person :')
returns and exchanges
✿ I do not accept returns or exchanges. however if your order arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact me at juliapeng.artist@gmail.com and I will be happy to help sort it out

FAQ
✿ My package is missing - Unfortunately once I drop off your package to USPS, it's out of my control. Please work with USPS by providing them with your tracking number.
✿ There are missing/extra items in my package - Please contact me and I will get the missing items replaced for you! No need to return extra items :)
✿ Are you open for commissions? - I am currently not open for personal commissions. I am open to select commerical inquiries, so shoot me an email if you would like to discuss this!
✿ Can I get your artwork tattooed? Yes! I would highly recommend working with a skilled tattoo artist that can translate my art to cleaner lines (I think my work can be a little too messy if tattooed directly as-is). I would appreciate any tips if you decide to get my work tattooed :) (Venmo - @julia_peng). Please also send me your photos!
